2Whales – Result – Bad Trip EP [High Resistance]

Greetings once again to the drum and bass crew. We are here today sharing a freshly released banger by 2Whales called Result off the label High Resistance. Featured 2 years ago now on Neuropunk 51 mixed by none other than BES. Also in collaboration on this track is the man LifeSize MC with vocal support. A sure fire combination of artists coming together to bring the heat. With three previous releases this year on High Resistance 2Whales is bringing the consistency we like to see in the community. Showing us the talent for creating big sound again and again. This Russian duo are doing their part in keeping the Neuro scene live and we are enjoying every moment.

 Result is nothing short of a hard hitting bass driven vibe. Kicking it of with a smashing hit into some synth melody over an energy building kick and arpeggiator we get it moving towards the drums. Breaking off a bit into the bass with vocals on top builds up again to the drop. A couple nasty bars of bangn’ drums and bass repeat and a vocal is thrown back in for hype, “Its all about the result”. Then some variation in phrasing can be heard adding more energy with mid bass. Next the short break comes with the vocals and launches us quickly back into madness. Released yesterday with three complimenting tracks Result is available exclusively here on the Bad Trip EP.
