Starting off the new year right with a chilled out EP from a sonic visionary known as Acid Lab. Last year was a great year for Deep / Halftime / Minimal Drum & Bass. One of the contributing factors was Acid Lab’s contributions to the sound throughout the year. Acid Lab has been around the block for a decade now cooking up eclectic and diverse beats in a multitude of different labels and genres not taking his foot off the pedal since day one.
Fast forwarding into the present Acid Lab, Clima, and Elusive Elements have teamed up for a spectacular showing of intrinsical beats while teaming up with the Methlab BNKR Camp. This four track EP takes you on a walk through a lush dystopian atmosphere where the air is still breathable without a respirator. The mood is relaxed, the soundscape – pleasant a perfect break from the war of loudness and clashing snares in todays modern day warfare of sonic recreation. Deep forward thinking sounds guide you through this mysteriously thick and heavily textured wave of vibes. Let Acid Lab and friends transport you to the future, one progressive tune at a time.
This ones out in the middle of January at most fine music retailers and earlier through Methlab’s inner core project.
