In these days when the sun goes down too early and the nights are getting colder, its nice to come along some music that warms the soul from the inside out. The forthcoming “The Next Chapter” EP from Basic Forces on Soul Deep Recordings is a six track slice of pure deep vibes from start to finish.
The stand out track for me on this EP is “No More” featuring the vocals of Natalie Page. The intro is filled with vocal snipits, guitar washes, and perfect live drum fills before rolling out with a smooth velvet bass line that keeps this one moving along leading up to a beautiful full on vocal gift courtesy of Ms. Page. With its upbeat breaks, moving vocals, and thought out edits, this one is stacked with all things I look for in a top shelf track!
