There is always something joyous about when looking at [insert preferred music website] and seeing Bungle‘s name there with a new release. Following up his stellar Mutant EP on ThirtyOne Recordings, the Sãn Paulo native brings us a new change of pace with his very liquidy All For Nothing EP on Soul Trader Records

Opening up the EP is the title track All For Nothing. Opening with the good Bungle flair of crips drums with spacy pads layered on top. Despite being it being winter throughout most world at the moment, this track screams pure summer vibes. With the classy reggaeton synths, fitting breakbeat vibes, touching vocals, and low yet warm bass, this track is sure to make you feel as if you were skanking on a sandy beach on your cold commute to work.

Moving to the B-side, we get to the tastefully crafted Concentrate. Starting with a clean drum break and moving along to a full beat, the intro of the track sets the mood with serene synths and soundscapes. The track then drops into a bouncy bassline with some extra jazzy stand-up bass flavor to it. All the while, those same beautiful synths continue to add extra texture and atmosphere to the track. Equal parts fast-paced and chill at its finest!
