Alive feat. Jacob Banks – Chase and Status
Released 2013 on Mercury Records Limited

This track starts off very mellow with a Piano, Jacob Banks starts off his vocals, then the beat rises up and drops into some clean drums, play and repeat. “I feel so alive” is damn right! Chase and Status bring us another great musical master piece with this song. Chase and Status have great way of creating emotional and inspirational music, Alive is just one of their most recent tunes.

Anytime a Junglist tells me Drum & Bass is not mainstream or will never be mainstream, I tell them to look up Chase and Status. Whenever someone new to Drum and Bass tells me that our music just sounds like pots and pans banging out of control, I tell them to look up Chase and Status. These producers make some of the best Drum & Bass in the world and are affiliated with well-known artists such as Bon Jovi, Elton John, Metallica, Paul McCartney, Mariah Carey, Ludacris, and Jay-Z. Chase and Status do not set the standard for good sounding Drum & Bass, they are the standard. From early production to new, Chase and Status always produce proper music.
