Back from the dead, and finally done with the Spring semester, I’m here provide some of the finest drum and bass I’ve stumbled upon during my one-month hiatus. This week’s track is something I think deserves infinitely more attention than it received upon release, although I’m not sure how that could ever be possible, given the artist is listed as “Unknown Artist” on Beatport. As far as I’m concerned, they (Celsius) have to do this because of copyright issues, either with the lyrics or some of the samples, and thus the artist who made this beauty of a track will forever remain unknown.
Anyways, back to the track, “D&B With Me” is as beautiful of a song as its title is tacky and horribly vague. Featuring some of the best female vocals I’ve heard all year, absolutely dreamy synthesis, and a gorgeous atmosphere, “D&B With Me” will satisfy drum and bass listeners of all shapes and sizes. This is an absolute must-have for any liquid fans out there, and just in general, some of the most relaxing drum and bass I’ve ever heard.
