Hi everyone! Summer is almost upon us so lets get these releases from D-LiQ thick and fast to get us in the mood!
This release from Fernando Ferreira starts us off with a summery vibe called Lost Love. Theres some delicious vocals dripped all over this and lets us fall in love ourselves with the melody of the track. The sampling in the background sounds like wasves crashing gently onto the shore which if you were laying down on a hot summers evening, you’d welcome it running between your toes. This track really takes you off on holiday and to the beach. Thank you Fernando. You’ve created something special here!
Next up we have the title track for the single. Santo Amaro Mood. If the first track is anything to go by, we are in for another magical journey to somewhere warm. This has got a lot of jazz inspiration when it drops but equally with quite a driven beat that kind of reminds me of a sped up reggae beat being played in a market hall somewhere abroad. What a delightful track and then you get the saxaphone over the top which just adds another layer of melody to this already brilliantly produced track.
I said this earlier but Thank you Fernando. This is a release that takes you on a journey and makes you forget about your worries and it just downright beautiful!
