Hoogs – Jah Breaks/Puff Bomb [Inner City Dance]

Coming in with some vibey heat is New York’s very own Hoogs with his Jah Break/Puff Bomb single on Inner City Dance. Apart of the game since 1997, the drum and bass veteran brings two heaters showcasing some serious jungle business that is sure to get you stepping.

Starting with some straight heat is Jah Break. Starting with some deep cellos which give off a strong vibe before bringing in some crisp drums and tropical brass. Hoogs shows off some excellent drum work, with full-sounding pitched percussions and drum breaks that perfectly supplements the double bass-esque bassline. The end result is a tune that keeps the summer vibes alive while still giving a deep and dark feeling to it.

Starting with a dark groaning sythn laying the underbelly of track, spacy synths peepering the atomphere of the track, all ontop some crips breaks before launching into some nasty jungle.
