The duo from Columbia are constantly pushing the limits of Neurofunk. They maintain their sound and progress with ease. Ready to adapt their production skills to the seasons they drop us one grimy beat for the summer heat. Over the years they’ve built up a strong catalogue of raging tunes. Jhofre & Vicjoff Soulfunk VIP bolsters the label with a creative new track. This VIP polishes the original. Producing a clean sounding track.

Going in we hear noir tone created from organ, heavy bass guitar and an urban breakbeat. Next low passed arpeggio bass creeps in for a second. Then its stripped down to just the organ, a vocal sample ” Dance “. Now some high end synth with reverb and delay fill some space. Now a kick builds up to the drop accompanied by a female vocal. Rolling in right off the drop they turn up the heat. Punchy kicks line the grungy chugs of the raw bass synth. High end stabs and mid bass add some melody over clean hats and snare. Following up the first section the bass phrase progresses with a cleaner yet still dirty bass to fire up even more summer vibe. So on to a standard break to build another banging drop.
