That’s right homies. The 2025 Jungle Bells Stateside dnb event to end the year is right around the corner. In just under two months from now. Drum and Bass fans from across the earth shall convene upon “Hotlanta”. For a 176 bpm fused fury of madness and badness hurled at them for 3 straight days. From the depths of the infamous three room venue known as “The Masquerade” . There will be an absolute onslaught of hertz coming from all directions that engulf the chambers of the venue. Properly named Heaven , Hell & Purgatory.
WHO IS JUNGLE BELLS? WHAT IS A JUNGLE BELL?

Whether you are a generalized dnb enthusiast, or a curmudgeoned cross armed sub genre purist. This bill is bringing the god damn heat. From all sides of the spectrum. While it is a very jump up forward billing. With the “who’s who” of UK frog bass hotness dominating the staff. There is a healthy onslaught of deep roller selectors, mainstream pop hands up dnb, and a splash of neurofunk assassins. There is enough of everything to satisfy just about every sonic palette. We get the originators of the genre ( Roni Size, Dillinja & DJ SS ) coming to play alongside the new generation of torch bearers ( Mandidexterous , Visages & Muzz ) . Acting in unison as the ” Bass Whisperers” .
Seventy artists in two days will not disappoint anyone making the pilgrimage. Which is not including the fury of before’s and after’s that will be popping all over the city. All weekend long. I can’t forget to mention the mammoth line up of stateside & local producers/djs that will garnish the main courses of this menu. Homies from all crews, all scenes & all corners. Have been summoned to represent at the company picnic. From top to bottom of the cast. This show is equivalent to hitting Jersey Mikes for a number 13 , Extra Mikes way, all the toppings, double meat/cheese, all the condiments & make it nasty. Actually , extra nasty!
WHO IS THE “EVERYONE” THAT WILL BE THERE?
From the traditional boomer heads dressed like they are going to combat in head to toe camo. To the new aged H&M Zoomerlander cliques wearing nothing but logo less all black slender fits. Standing alongside the most flamboyant neon PLUR forward DIY edible fashion. This crowd will be as diverse as any crowd would ever be. The EDC festi-bro kids, the weekly Respect/Recon clique cool guys , the subterraneous underground smokers crew. Everyone will be gathered for a rare convergence to celebrate the holiday season using amens as a reason. People who normally stay in their respective lanes, with little to zero cross pollination. Will be picking each other out of the speaker stacks, sharing vapes and meta tagging each other in the virtual world for the first time. Which honestly, is the best part about events like this. Community building will be the best part of JB25.
DAMN THIS SOUNDS HOT AS FUCK! HOW DO WE JUNGLE BELL?
There are a variety of ways to get from your house to JB2025. Right now the main site is offering services to expedite your experience. They have teamed up with local hotel & concierge services to give attendees the best deals possible. First tier tickets are gone, and I believe VIP’s are as well. Tickets are still very available. Two day GA passes are $248 per + taxes and fees, single day passes have not yet been released. Lodging near the venue can be acquired with JB discounts .Rooms for 2 range from $99 -150 + taxes, per day.
After researching flights from various US cities. Tickets per person from either coast or northern regions, round trip seem to average at $250 – 600 depending on airline , seating & flight time preference. Frontier and Allegiant seem to be the cheapest. But if you want to ensure you actually get there and leave on time. I wouldn’t touch those trash airlines. If you live within a reasonable distance. I would drive so you can save money on local ride sharing. Gas pricing in the southern region seems to be the cheapest in the nation right now.
WHY SHOULD WE GO?
Events like these don’t just manifest themselves when the dnb fairy feels we need them. This series of events have been curated over almost three decades now. There has a unmeasurable amount of effort, money, logistical nightmares and mental gymnastics to give the stateside scene an opportunity to flex. We constantly struggle to shape our identity within the global scope of dnb. We spend the majority of the year griping about the lack of events like this. While we simultaneously give reasons or excuses as to why we can’t have what other countries have when it comes to a vibrant and strong dnb community. Jungle Bells , year to year, will continue to grow. Setting a standard for everyone else to blueprint and vibe on.
Everyone who calls themselves a fan of dnb should make it a point to be apart of something like this. In an effort to give people a reason to do more somethings like this. All year long, not just before Christmas. Also, proceeds from all Jungle Bells events go to suicide prevention awareness. So, unlike with Spotify, your money will go towards helping people to stay alive, not being murdered by the future of AI. That’s a great cause to get behind. As many people struggle with depression and self worth during the holidays,,
