Stepping away from my usual choice of hard hitting Neurofunk tunes this week. Koven has produced a stunning masterpiece with his latest “Figure” on Viper Recordings. From the haunting vocals to the cinematic elements, Koven has created a tune that is sure to have audiences asking “My God, What is this!?!”

“Figure” opens with a dreamy guitar and piano laden soundscape. Stunning vocals are introduced and the track builds into a slight washout. The first dance section introduces straight forward 2 step drums and a continuously swelling bassline. “Figure” maintains the vibe of a soundtrack while still being infectiously dance floor, A track great for sealing epic live show moments and adding a bit more emotion into sets.
Koven has my full attention with this latest outing and has me on the edge of my seat for whats coming next. Keep your ears on high alert for “Figure” when it hits Youtube / Soundcloud in the coming days.
