Mampi Swift & Dapz – Big Tune (Feat. Dynamite MC) [Charge Recordings]

Mampi Swift. Dapz. Dynamite MC. The three names alone sound like a recipe for a big tune, so that’s what they decided to do. Fresh off Mampi Swift’s label Charge Recordings comes the title track of the “Big Tune” EP. It is always enjoyable to hear a collab where everyone brings their own unique style into a cohesive blend, and it all starts when Dynamite MC starts unleashing bars. A seasoned vet on the mic, his lyrics are as crisp and dancefloor-ready as always. Mampi and Dapz take over when the subs kick in, resulting in a ravey track that is sure to cause craziness with a little jungle flavor to finish the package nicely. ‘Big Tune’ is not the only big tune included on the EP (available here), which features an instrumental, 4 more Mampi Swift originals, and a mighty remix of Jaws by Serum and Coda. With this EP we see another release added to Mampi’s long history of dancefloor-friendly vibes, and look forward to taking a trip back when his History LP drops in December!
