Mean Teeth & Merikan – Disclosure [NeurofunkGrid]

Mean Teeth & Merikan take no prisoners with their latest collaboration “Disclosure” on the NeuroFunkGrid imprint. With a steady increase in quality & content, the DNB renegades of Youtube at NeuroFunkGrid having  been moving from strength to strength. “Disclosure” is a testament to the quality and direction their sound is headed in.

A breathing synth pad opens the track. The high pitch and position of the pad in the mix creates immediate tension. Urgent percussion carriers you into the build as a cascade of snares and hi hats catapult you into the first dance section. The grooving bassline is enhanced by aggressive mid range elements to give the arrangement the perfect amount of aggression. A bass chugging bridge section is also present giving the tune a great amount of range and dynamics.
