Pola & Bryson – Open My Eyes feat MVE [Soulvent]

If you tend to lean towards the more “liquid” and melodic sounds of drum and bass, then you probably have already heard of Pola & Bryson by now. If you haven’t, get ready, because you are about to! With previous releases on Soulvent as well as upcoming releases on Spearhead and Liquicity. This duo is making its mark no doubt.

With their full length album “This Time Last Year” coming out later this year, the folks at Soulvent are releasing this single to get you ready for the sounds of this much anticipated release. “Open My Eyes” sets the tone with light, ethereal pads floating over a rim shot break that gives way to the restrained and melodic vocals from MVE teaming up to create a slice of drum and bass just made for those warm summer nights. The release also features remixes from Mitekiss as well as The Vangaurd Project (BCee and Villem) that are equally as good as the original.
