Screamarts – Hellhound Ft Enta – Eatbrain

Yo D&B fans!  Got a wicked release for your ears this week.  From the mighty Screamarts on the just as mighty Eatbrain!

This one is a 4-track EP featuring Enta, an absoulte onslaught of precision engineering as we can normally expect from Screamarts.

Opening this behemoth of a release is Unstoppable.  This one is meticulously produced to give us some crazy sounds layered over a ridiculous groove that spirals over a chunky beat.  Absolute savagery from start to finish!

Next up we have Breathe.  This one has a kind of gospel atmosphere from the get go which builds tension and gives you some chills.  Then the drop, jeeeez the drop.  Its grinding, heavy and fearsome.  What a stinker Marv, well played!

The third installment is Slap Lane which has a hip-hop vibe to it.  Chilled and groovy with elements of liquid D&B in the intro, this one is dripping in funk which continues on in the main part of the tune.  Brilliantly produced, just what we expect!

Lastly we have Hellhound which is the track featuring Enta.  An artist I’ve only recently heard, seeing him a couple of times at the last 2 Virus Recordings nights in London.  This one is digustingly heavy but maintaining that groove, it is an epic track to behold.
