One of the sickest colabs to-date, as well as my top picks in Drum & Bass currently from a producing stand point. Serum & Voltage kick off the Planet Series on the infamous digital Low Down Deep Recordings. Pioneer Logan D is keen on keeping it 100% with whats current in Drum & Bass, salute. This release is nothing short of massive. Taking you all the way back with some big bass, some shakers to keep it rolling topped off with some hip hop samples. Anyone keeping on an eye out on these two as if you haven’t been seeing Serum movements already, Voltage no stranger to the scene, any forthcoming collaboration from these two is an instant cart and buy. Who needs good credit when you can spend it all on Drum & Bass? Moving on.
Bangers
Something skanky about this one, I don’t know if it should be taken back to Nicky Blackmarket’s old label in a way back when machine. But intro is worth the tune on it’s own merits. The fact that it rolls means it is dance floor material. For the stepping crew even. One foot up, on this one. But my number one pull from this five track release, this one in particular. Bitcrushing basslines. Rolling toms. Ol’ Dirty said it best, oh baby I like it raaaaaaaaw.
Break It Down
For that, and everything else be sure to nab the pre-order available on Low Down Deep, remember where you heard it first! The rest of the release down below will not disappoint.
