I truly love all forms of drum and bass. I think there is enough room for everyone and every sound. I think the abstract, experimental sounds have just as much as much to offer as the big name heavy hitters. This week I am going to talk about the newest one from one of the more recognizable names in drum and bass, The Prototypes.
With their debut LP City Of Gold still in heavy rotation with many DJ’s, these guys didn’t waste anytime with a handful of new singles, and the highlight of these upcoming releases is this gem of a banger. Hypercube is a heavyweight of a tune full of low end movement and deep bass, fast moving midrange and an infectious synth line. This is prime time, dance floor destroying drum and bass at its finest.
