by | Sep 9, 2026 | Reviews, Tunes

What happens when two of the biggest forces in Neurofunk team up on one release?! It brings a supernova explosion of funk to the scene; you gotta trust me when I say this EP is mean! Six tracks stacked with the fire from both forces, Eatbrain and Neuroheadz. Do I even need to type the rest?! Let’s get IN!!!

MOB TACTICS – WILD BILL

Whipping the vibe right into the Wild Wild West Mob Tactics is always ready to test a new twist spinning a funky twang into the mix, six shooters in the holster ready to duel as the melody moseys through. The rhythm joins the rampage consuming control, dissolving the aura as “Wild Bill” storms into the drop with furious power. Massive basslines sprawl over the composition the beats broken and sliced running rampant as the effects strike in that colorful Mob Tactics fashion keeping the tune jammin’! “Wild Bill” is an absolute weapon. Precisely planned with perfect execution in the immense attention to detail this one is completely off the rails!

EXULT & THE NEUROHEADZ – BURN THE WITCH

A massive tune plus a huge milestone for the Neuroheadz with their debut track on a collab with Exult for an absolute banger for the USB! “Burn The Witch” begins spinning a tale of trial to the past boiling into the drop where a fierce fire burns through the arrangement with total derangement. Snappy beats popping off as this one surges with nonstop energy seething through the mix. Astronomically animated this tune blazes through the phrases, “Burn The Witch” is the heaviest artillery for the armory.

OVERTUNE – BASS VIBRATION

“Bass Vibration” comes in swinging from the first beat designed to get you on your feet, winding up that build tenaciously, no room to breathe, the drop delivering another dose of frantic fury as Overtune takes it up a level. Heart stomping carry through the tune the basslines raging relentlessly with vocals sampled and sprinkled to amplify  the intensity. “Bass Vibration” will be storming the scene with its cutthroat energy.

SYMPLEX – MICROPHONE KILLA

A warm melody washes over the build the atmosphere swelling as a vocal pops in threading between the beats as Symplex cranks up the heat drawing in the drop with a massive stomp. Burly bass bounces through the phrases, the rhythm riding rowdy, the vocals driving it home with the effects coloring it up. “Microphone Killa” is a KILLA tune, we can’t get enough!

ENTA – SLIPPERY SLOPE

Moody beats bounce through the build a mysterious atmosphere taking hold spiraling into the drop. Slippery Slope jacks ya in the jaw with a left-right hook volleying between blistering bass and rapid fire beats with a decent dose of grime to dirty it up Enta keeps the force pumping not letting up! Absolutely furious beginning to end “Slippery Slope” is a tune you’ll pull for again and again!

PRDK – CRY

An ass kickin’ anthem from Prdk is the cherry on top of this phenomenal release. Soft, sentimental and serene the beautiful ballad winds through the build tragically tugging at the heartstrings a deep seeded devastating meaning lingering as the darkness prepares to consume, the drop explodes detonating the room. The vocal chops and stutters fluttering through the phrases turning up with perfectly contrasted breakneck beats and bottomless bass with a bit of a dubby funk broken and tangled into the composition flipping and switching to finish up the mix. “Cry” is yet another GEM from Prdk to orchestrate chaos in your playlists. An absolutely unique blend that will embed in your head everlasting energy there aren’t many that hit quite like this. Added to favorites? Check!
