MNDSCP – The Cult of Bass / Sampler 2 – Eatbrain

Yo my Drum & Bass fans!  

This week we have a second sampler from the mighty MNDSCP on the legendary Eatbrain.  I’m so excited for an album here from MNDSCP as he’s always been one of my favourite producers, bringing gritty, dirty rolling neuro to our distorted minds!

First up on this 2 part release, tempting us into what sounds like it’ll be an incredible LP from the Hungarian producer is It’s a Freak.  With its chilling intro, layering terror and screams over the top of a nice rolling beat, we get dropped into a very typical MNDSCP sound.  With heavy hitting bass and clear drum patterns, encompassing those chilling sounds over the top, we have an almost old school sound to this one and it’s epic.

Next up we have Werewolf which lets you know immediately that the tune will tear you apart.  When the intro rolls on, we get little stabs of bass over a minimal beat.  This one drops into a really dirty roller that keeps that spooky vibe alive.  Hats off to MNDSCP on this one, it’s nasty, just how we like it.  

So you can grab yourself this sampler on Monday 4th August and if you’re anything like me, you will because you can’t wait to get your hands on more MNDSCP.
