MV & Bobby – New School / Dance With Us – VTO Records

Howdy fellow Heads!  we are three weeks into 2024 and already we’re being slapped across the face by absolute bangers left right and centre in the Drum & Bass world!

This weeks release is from VTO Records and it is from MV & Bobby.  Bobby is actually someone I discovered fairly recently and looking at his back catalogue, I was sorry I’d not been there for the ride sooner.

So let’s get into these heaters by this duo.  New School builds up with a wicked vocal, chanting “New School” until it drops into an absolute face melter of a neuro track which has you jumping around the room, swinging your arms like you are in the middle of a mosh pit.  What a slapper!

Next up the track “Dance with Us” with its distorted bass and wicked sampling which creates a kind of melody then tracks into a nasty gritty piece of neurofunk that gets your head nodding and face screwing!

Absolute D&B nut! Love any type of Drum & Bass really but Neuro is my main passion.
