NRV – Mystic Sun / Dealing Cards – Vibe City

Yo D&B heads!  Strex here with another release this week, this one from my favourite summer label, Vibe City.

This wicked release from NRV starts us off with a proper vibey and melodic tune called Mystic Sun.  It gives us exactly what it says on the tin, a summery sounding tune shrouded in mystery!  A wicked sounding tune with a beautiful vocal that is enough to get you up in the morning.  The second drop takes it up a level with a filthy sounding Amen break over the pre-existing melody.

On the flip of that we have Dealing Cards.  This one warms us up nicely with a liquid intro that has a wonderful vocal over the top and building beats throughout a refreshingly long intro. As this one gets to the drop, we are met with a smooth number that gets the head nodding while keeping you in a chilled out frame of mind.  A wicked tune with a low bassline and energetic tops.
